Wooden runners are fixed to the cement floor at 300 mm interval with the bushes (which acts as Shock Absorber) stapled to the wooden runners . Then the T&G Hardwood Strips are  nailed to the  runners  in the opposite direction of the runners , with a 45 degrees blind nailing system. Finally the floor is sanded and polished with water based coatings.
